At Alastair Stuart we understand that everyone has different wants and needs from a rental property, and to have peace of mind and confidence in choosing the right property for you, it makes sense to rent through an Agency.

Once you have found your perfect home and all is agreed, we will;

		Fully reference and credit check you
		Draw up legal contracts to protect both you and your Landlord
		Protect and register your deposit with The Deposit Protection Service (if we manage the property) – so that you can be sure your deposit will be in safe hands
		Check you into your new rental property and generally make the whole renting/moving process as simple and efficient as we can.
		We will be your first port of call should there be any issues or concerns with the property throughout your tenancy (if we manage the property)
